Chronology

A powerful CEO puts her career and family on the line when she begins a torrid affair with her much younger intern the Grand Room with the cast. The film is thrilling and daring, with a good soundtrack and great performances by Nicole Kidman, Antonio Banderas (has some really good moments) and Harris Dickinson. I think the scripts start off fairly ordinary, but then get more and more interesting, with a final interpretation of sexuality and women that is truly remarkable. Halina Reijin is also a skilled director who put an incredible club scene in this film (one of the best club scenes I have ever seen in my life, as if she wanted the entire Venice audience to bring out the hidden animal inside). Also, Kidman obviously commands the entire film with a performance that I’m sure will always be remembered, the film will probably be released during Christmas and I can say that it’s perfectly fair 🙂
